provides housing for homeless persons in neighborhoods across Columbia, SC by:
Purchasing condemned houses, duplexes and apartment buildings from owners unable to repair, retain or pay taxes on the property.
Partnering with local church, charity, business and civic groups as well as fraternities and sororities looking for goodwill mission projects. The door is open for all to give back to their community.
Providing supportive services to help meet the needs of program participants through the use of trained volunteers. Social workers, financial consultants, registered nurses and professional case management individuals all help improve the lives of our participants.
